You Are Capable of Genuine Happiness. I’m talking about that real contented feeling in your chest that comes not from ACCOMPLISHING any one thing in particular but from accepting and loving your life, not in spite of its imperfections but BECAUSE of them. 

You are capable of waking up in the morning free of aches and pains, with a body toned by mindful but vigorous exercise.

You are capable of dealing with stress, anxiety, self doubt, depression and nightmares WITHOUT reaching for chemistry, but by taking a deep breath of fresh air and slowly letting it out, and with the knowledge that you are supported by a community of humans who are struggling just like yourself.

You have the POWER to love your body EVEN IF you dont look like instagram models in their 20’s who take God only knows what substances to achieve their perfect six pack. You can have the kind of fitness which serves you every day; efficient heart and lungs, healthy blood count, strong wired muscles and happy flexible joints.

Your ancestors went through unimaginable hardship to deposit you in the world on this very day. Do you have any idea of the circumstances in which life is capable of surviving and thriving?

Your mind is the most complex piece of machinery in the universe! And your body is a walking miracle.
